We charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping on all other orders.
All orders are processed within 2 business days unless otherwise advised.
Returns & Exchanges

As per the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission we are NOT required to give refunds, credits or exchanges under the following conditions:
- When no proof of purchase is provided (original invoice)
- When the fault or damage to the goods was caused by the customer
- When the customer knew about the defect before purchase
- When the customer has simply changed their mind or made an incorrect selection
- in some instances, as an act of goodwill we may accept the item back for credit.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply where the goods are returned within 21 days.
- Returned goods must be resale-able as new – damaged or opened packaging will not be accepted.
Returned goods will not be accepted where the time frame exceeds 21 days.

We suggest that when returning goods to the business you ship them via a trackable or signed- for method, as the business accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
To ease the processing of your refund, please include the original shipping document with a short note highlighting the reason of the return, and ensure the contact details on the note are still correct.
Returned items without enclosed documentation will be delayed in processing and will slow down the service we offer to you.
All refunds will cover the initial costs of the goods you return to us and including the original postage of the item to you. Postage costs for returning the items will not be refunded.
You can also bring the item into store where we can process your request.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
It is a fact of life that sometimes, shit doesn’t go to plan. If you receive a faulty item from us, or if we send you the wrong thing, get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will get everything sorted for you.
We do not accept returns on faulty items damaged by normal wear and tear, accident or misuse, or where we have described the specific fault before acceptance of the order. We inspect all returned items, and we do not refund items that develop a fault due to any of the above.
We do have some exceptions that apply to our returns policy. We cannot provide refunds on the following: items made to your specification; made to measure goods; underwear; gift cards.
If you wish to exchange a helmet due to incorrect size choice, please contact us before the helmet is returned.
We will refuse the return of any helmet 7 days after delivery, except where required by law.
Helmet returns will not be accepted if the helmet has been worn, scratched or damaged in any way. If we believe that the shell of the helmet has been compromised we will not accept the return.
Helmet exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis, and are not approved until assessed by a member of our Online Sales Team and deemed resalable.
We recommend that if you are making a first-time helmet purchase, that you visit a local dealer to be measured and fitted correctly by a professional. If you do not have a local dealer, feel free to call us, we'd be happy to assist you over the phone.
Please allow 7 business days for your refund to credit your account before contacting us. If you have exceeded this timeframe please contact us so we can confirm the refund has been issued by our bank.
