All purchases made under $100 value will be subject to a flat rate shipping charge of $10.
We aim to get your items to you within 5 working days.
We accept returns within 30 days for in-store purchases and 14 days for online orders. If more than this time has passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
When returning your goods to the business please drop us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call +61(0)99390383 during opening hours to let us know what it is you are returning and the reason for the return, for example, the item does not fit and you require a different size. From there please post the item back to us at:

We suggest that when returning goods to the business you ship them via a track able / signed for method, as the business accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit to us. Also for speed of exchange / refund please include the original shipping document with a short note highlighting the reason of the return and a contact telephone number and email address should we need to speak to you about your return. Returned items without enclosed documentation will be delayed in processing and will slow down the service we offer to you.
Please note all goods must be returned to us in a sound re-sellable condition, with labels and packaging intact. All refunds will cover the ticket costs of the goods you return to us, postage from us to you. Postage from you to us will not be refunded. If we have made a mistake with your order please let us know immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue at once!

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
you wish to exchange a helmet due to incorrect size choice, please contact us before the helmet is returned.
We will refuse the return of any helmet 7 days after delivery, except where required by law.
Helmet returns will not be accepted if the helmet has been worn, scratched or damaged in any way. If we believe that the shell of the helmet has been compromised in any way, we will not accept the return.
Helmet exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis, and are not approved until assessed by a member of our Online Sales Team and deemed resalable.
We recommend that if you are making a first-time helmet purchase, that you visit a local dealer to be measured and fitted correctly by a professional. If you do not have a local dealer, feel free to call us, we'd be happy to assist you over the phone.
We only accept returns on sale items if there is a fault or where required by law.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Mutt Motorcycles Australia, 68 Darley Street, Mona Vale NSW 2103. Alternatively, you can bring it into the shop and we can assist you.
